Welcome to Venia Beauty Spa.


At Venia Spa our mission is to provide the best quality service for each of our clients. We need your help to achieve this. Below are a few guidelines to helping us provide you with the relaxation you deserve. 


I understand that the novel coronavirus causes the disease known as COVID-19. I understand the virus has a long incubation period during which the carriers of the virus may not show the symptoms and may still be contagious. 
I understand that physical distancing of 6 feet may not be possible while in the spa receiving services. 
I understand mask covering is optional. 
I agree not to bring any guest with me to my appointment. 
I agree that I am not waiting on test results for COVID-19 nor have I tested positive in the last 14 days. 
I verify I have not been identified as a contact of someone who has tested positive.
I confirm I am not currently experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing. 
I understand that I may be unable to proceed with services if they are deemed unsafe for me or a staff member.



Last Minute Cancellation/No Show
Here at Venia Spa, we understand life can often times put a bump in the road so we like to implement a reasonable cancellation policy. We do require a credit card for all clients to book. Should a client no show or cancel without 24 hour prior notice, 50% of the total services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. This charge WILL NOT be credited toward future services, it is to pay the technician for the time lost. However, if there is a last minute client wanting the spot you no show or canceled, we will waive the fee because the spot was filled and no time was lost.

Running Late


Punctuality is highly encouraged. If you are running a little behind, feel free to text or call us and we will do our best to keep your appointment hassle free. If there is a need to be more than 15 minutes late, please do expect to reschedule your appointment or shorten it. 

We are committed to giving back. If you have a cause that is in need of auction, raffle, or event services (Skin Bar or chair massage), feel free to email us directly from our website or snail mail a donation letter to 158 Central Ave #1 Salinas, CA. 93901. Unfortunately, we limit the amount of school donations to 3 schools per year, so we strongly suggest getting your letters in as soon as possible.
